THE VENUE
As you follow the circle drive approaching The Barn, you instantly feel the beauty and tranquility of natural Florida. Pine, oak, and cypress trees adorn the property forming a perimeter, giving you acres of privacy from the outside world. The Barn sits in a large pasture alongside a canopied creek, creating the perfect natural backdrop for your event. Deer, turkeys, sandhill cranes, and many other animals, call the property home, which creates an enchanting escape into nature.
But even though you feel a world away, the Barn at Deep Creek is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from downtown Gainesville's many hotels and restaurants, and only 25 minutes away from The University of Florida. Plus with the Gainesville Regional Airport less than 10 miles away, your out of town guests can arrive with ease.

THE BARN
The Barn is the perfect mix of rustic and industrial- beautiful wood features and a modern mix of metal work. By keeping the space simply decorated, we let the natural beauty of the venue speak for itself. This also allows our clients to add their own touches of decoration to make the space uniquely their own.
The building is 11,520 sq feet. Over half is fully enclosed and air conditioned, yet you are not closed off from the beauty of the outside. Large windows line the walls on three sides, creating a unique view with excellent natural lighting. The Barn features a center staircase descending from a loft balcony. In the loft are the Bride and Groom suites, perfect for wedding parties getting ready before the ceremony. Downstairs, there are two bathrooms with multiple stalls for guests. There is a kitchen with a large prep area. (No cooking allowed in the building). The Barn has decorative lighting both inside and out. It is dimmable and can color change when it's time for dancing.
The inside area allows seating for up to 250 people.
THE OUTDOOR AREA
The Barn offers a large covered area to enjoy outdoor dining, dancing, or socializing without worry of rain or sun. It is a perfect spot to exchange vows. Large doors exiting the Barn make for a beautiful grand entrance. A large circle drive leads you from the gate right to the barn, for drop off accessibility. The driveway continues to a large parking area just a short walk away from the building, but far enough where the cars are not in the background of pictures.
Outdoors is also equipped with lighting, outlets, and speakers. An elevated deck with string lighting is the perfect cocktail hour location. There is a large custom firepit made for gathering around on cool nights.
THE PROPERTY

Our Venue is not simply the building. The Barn is set on a picturesque backdrop that showcases Florida's natural beauty. Acres of pasture provided a buffer from the outside world and your event with privacy. A wooded creek borders the property on one side and sunlight peeks through the oak canopy every afternoon providing ample gorgeous golden-hour lighting. There is a natural cypress pond behind the Barn, which offers a unique background for your event, and is an additional ceremony location with a built in platform. Additionally, there is a large field with a beautiful oak tree which is used as another ceremony or photography location. In fact, there are multiple scenic areas on the property perfect for a wedding ceremony and photos.
